I'm saying that I reported it as a bug that it was possible to get a fractional datetime that would appear to be equal, but would not match the equality test, as was spotted here.

I can't say whether anything happened beyond that.

Yes: I'm working with address data. Postal regulations are quite interesting. :-) Fortunately, other people have written the programs to deal with them, and I just need to match data to the format they're expecting.
