I use a range of Epson and Star serial/parallel printers.
Some of the technical manual had ESC/POS command to
check printer status.

However, they didn't mentioned where to get the status
bit result from parallel interface.

I don't had problem with serial interface but due to
limited serial interface, I force to use parallel
interface in my application.

Anyone know where or how to get the printer status
result after sending those ESC/POS printer status
using parallel interface. Any similar code example
or sample is very much appreciated.
