When I would like to display the controls toolbar for that function open a form or a report but not have them dislay for other functions, i.e. if I am modifying a form I want the forms control tool bar, but I do not want to see it if I am displaying a project or if I am modifying a program or a report (where I want the reports control toolbar).

I must have accidently set something to turn them off because I have to manually select the desired toolbar from te view menu and then close it when I exit the form (it is disabled but still displayed).

Can I do what I want? If so how?
