I've used Awasu (www.awasu.com, basic edition is free) and intraVnews (www.intravnews.com, individual edition is free) which plugs into Outlook so the items come through like email. With Outlook 2003 (maybe other versions too) you can use Outlook's searches, etc. Both of these can show the full HTML right in the preview window.
