I have the solution to this problem as I had it programmed.

Claudio's reply with the suggestion to use "Clear Resources" didn't work.
That's because I used the same Jpeg file to feed the report each time the report was called.

Since I didn't "exclude" the jpeg file located in the "other files" section of the project, the contents of the file at compile time was being compiled into the executable.
*
I excluded the Jpeg file in the project. Then the "Clear Resources" worked and the picture on the report was the actual picture each time rather than the one compiled in.

So that's it.
*
Clear Resources before the "report form" statement and "Exclude" the Jpeg file from the project.
