I would like to open a file and extract some information from it. the only problem with this is that the file can only be opened by a certain application. The file name is called lastfile.ms3. Contained within this file is hex number which I would like to extract and convert to decimal. I can only open this file with my hex program (3rd party software). If I open the lastfile.ms3 with the hex program I will see:

00000000:   fe 4e 00 00 __

Is there anyway I can open this file (lastfile.ms3) with my hex program and extract the (fe 4e) portion of this line into a texbox. From here I could then convert it to decimal?
