Are you running a shared exe? Ie, trying to run without installing on the local machine? If so, install the app locally and allow the dll's to register.
Also, vfp uses temp directories - are you setting the temp dir to something manually or just letting vfp handle it? If you are not, perhaps you need to set the dir and ensure that the account has security privelages to access it - create, delete, etc files in that dir.

I know that it is passed the point of looking for all the dll's I deleted those 1 at a time but once they are all in place thats when the error happens. my exe simply does a messagebox() command in it and the exe blows up before it gets to the messagebox, it does not even try to open any files or tables when it executes.
