I have a Menu with pads like "Inventory", "bank", "Administrative options", "Account" ...., Each options display a Popup with three options "Data Entry", "Views" , "Reports" and These display some options.

Because of limited space (I have to use 800x600 on display) I use a Toolbar Docked on top with some bottoms like "Production", "Payroll".... Each one display a menu (shortcut menu) with the same options "Data Entry" , "Views", "Reports". If I click one of these buttons and display the menu, the "Inventory Pad" display the options that are on menu called by one of the button.
