I was wondering whether there was a faster way to do the following. A Web-site offers me a CSV (comma-delimited) version of a certain table (gradebook). I copy on screen (in Internet Explorer), and paste into Excel. Then, I have to go through the parser wizard.

Additional complications arise from the fact that in Latin America, we use comma for decimals, and period for thousands. So, I either have to switch this in the Control Panel first, or search-and-replace in Excel later.

In summary, the steps I use seem quite involved for such a simple thing. Any ideas?
