Thanks for your reply. When I navigated to the link you provided and clicked on the VFP 8 Runtime link, I got an invalid page. Tried it quite a few times without success. But don't worry about it. I really just wanted to get someone else's viewpoint and opinions and you helped with that.

To answer your question, I did test my setup file on 3 separate machines, the third being a 'somewhat clean' XP box (No MS Office installed). All tests installed fine. However, when my client ran the setup, they received the error that the support library was not found. This is puzzling, but we are of course dealing with MS products here. The install was done at the client site without me being there. I guess I'll be making a visit to the client.

It just goes to show that no matter how much testing you do, you still don't know everything until you run on each machine that will be running the app.
