Thanks for your reply. The item I was talking about is the item listed in the Merge/Modules section as "Microsoft Visual FoxPro 8 Runtime Libraries" in InstallShield. And, even though I tested this new setup successfully on 3 separate machines, my client (who did the install without me being there) received the support library not found error.

I wanted to get a different viewpoint and opinion on this (which you gave me). I read through the information you provided me through the link and made some changes based on this. Since I did not receive the error on my machines, I will need to make a visit to the client personally.
