Yes. The web form that is in trouble was acting like it was in a kind-of sort-of edit mode. I could actually drag and resize all of the controls on the page even though I was in run time. I happened to back up the app a few hours before this happened. I had to delete all of the vs.net temp files and *then* reinstall the the app. I recompiled and the horror show was over. Very, very strange.
