I've seen this code to put in the GotFocus() of textboxes. It works well, but I don't understand it even though it's so simple.

if This.SelectOnEntry
    dodefault()
endif

... assuming SelectOnEntry=.T., shouldn't this have the exact same functionality if you didn't have anything in the GotFocus() method? Yet it doesn't, so I'm confused.
