Thank for your advise, at least your advise
help to solve one of my answer why ?? and ???
giving weird result.

However, it I use ???, then I can't print to
the printer using window fonts and my printer
might not be able to support printing of lanuage
like chinese. Hence, I think of using ?? instead
but it seem like ?? & ??? is not able to work
with each other.
