Perhaps there is, I am not sure.
Anyway, you could just select everything, and Copy & "Paste Special" into a new spreadsheet.
If you need to do this once, it should be fairly quick to do it manually.
If you need to do this on a regular basis, you should use Automation, to invoke it automatically from VFP.
