I need to be able to create a directory on server which can only be used by the VFP application. If I create a user/password and permissions for a particular user does know how I can pass that info to the file copy command or an api call ?

Th e reason for the security is that I am storing signitures in sql server and these then need to be copied to a bmp file which can be used by reports.
