That sounds interesting. I have a more or less permanent Internet conection now, but lets not forget that many people still have to pay by the hour, and keep their phone busy, for dial-up. It is for these reasons that "in principle", I prefer NNTP over WWW for discussion groups - except that the UT offers better features (and the adequate people!) than NNTP.
