Text rotation for the report writer controls will not be at design-time, but we will provide hooks and a solution sample showing you how you can do this at runtime for reports.

Conversion of reports to PDF will not be a feature native to VFP 9.0, but there will be many add-ons available using the extensive hooks we are providing to allow you to create PDF outputs from VFP reports.
