I suggest you ask the printing companies which format they prefer.

Most printing companies accepts PDF files. You make a PDF file of your document, you have many options. One is to buy the Adobe Acrobat Destiller which installs as a printer driver. I suggest you surch for PDF on UT for other options.

Also many printing companies can accept EPS files which is enhanced postscript files. Many of the printer drivers which comes with Windows are able to create these files.

>I created a user manual in MS Word. But I find that most printing companies do accept Word documents as source. Will there be a simple way to convert my Word document to a file in a proper format (if you could suggest one) for the printing companies.
