I have a remote view to a SQL table that just stopped working today. When I try to save the view (adds or updates) I get an error

Insert failed because the following SET options have incorrect settings: 'ARITHABORT'

I can:
1. insert a row into the SQL table via Query Analyzer.
2. insert rows into other tables using the same DBC and other remote views.
I have:
1. validated the DBC
2. recreated the view (via EView - so it's the same code) in a new DBC

This SQL error happens when a numeric overflow or divide by 0 error occurs, but my users have no problems (the view is in my development environment.
