Probably many such tools exist, and others can supply info on different products, but here's one:

I use a product called Canvas Pro that does what you want (and many other things) nicely. However, it's a bit expensive, and a bit complex as well. I think there's still a trial version (maybe 30 days) of a lower-cost Standard version (or also a Pro version trial) you could test, at
