Hmmm... Can you try this?

Create a new, blank report (you can keep the old one open in the back).

Resize each band to make them the same height of the previous one (if there are any groups, create them).

Then, go to the old report, select all controls, copy.

Get back to the new (blank) report and paste. Adjust positions while keeping all selected.

Save the new report, change the call on your code, and try again.

Does it work now?
