I am not sure, if it would fit your requirements, but take a look at scrollable container class by Alexander Grigoriev here in Downloads section. I don't know, what limit it has, if any. I used it successfully.

Since I do not know how many questions there will be for a particular case, it needs to just scroll until it hits the bottom (like a web page would). I could have used a grid - and in hindsight should have used a grid since there is a limit on the length of the page.
