Oddly it's a hard question to answer. We are building a Public Fax Server using C code librarys within a C shell as a major project.

As one of several subsidary projects, we are building a suite of desktop interface applications which must be very low cost or FREE to distribute to corporate clients of our fax server. If we were to be suitably encouraged at that point I would like to build on the project to offer a more general use CTI app as a standalone product.

Hence a search around for CT controls for a quick start, and low disribution costs. The big problem of course is the learning curve cost, rather than control purchaseing costs. I am surprised with the lack of vendor response to my questions after waiting 5 days without a reply. If I had assistance over the early hurdles, I am sure I would use the package and speak highly of it. My present position, is that I am still seaching.
