Two questions regarding ODBC.

1. I have a need to append a record to an Access97 table from within a FPW2.6 app. I understood that this is possible using ODBC. Is this correct ?

2. I added a new data source named 'ABC' in the ODBC Data Source Administrator . It uses an Acccess97 driver and points to an Access table. When I use the DBConnnect function, -2 is returned indicating that the data source could not be found. I have tried to do this on Windows95 and on WindowsNT with the same result. Is there a difficulty because FPW2.6 is 16 bit ? and the ODBC drivers on 95 and NT are 32 bit ? Do I need 16 bit ODBC drivers ?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
