I have to view this file by putting it into a IIS Virtual Directory then read it with my browser through my localhost.

When I view it through my browser, I can see 9 columns of data and it is quite organized.

I tried to get at it with Cut and Paste and put it into the Word Pad and it comes out with intermittent squares around tha data that make it unreadable.

The guy who was showing this to me seemed to think that this had to do with Record Sets. I just can't see how to get started with this.
