The offical announcement was in the March NewsLetter of VS Data Manager, Ken Levy, at March 7. This was confirmed at Spanish Microsoft's newsgroups messages in the followed days after Ken's newsletters.
The PortalFox announcement will be posted at the www.portalfox.com, in the Press information center http://www.portalfox.com/press/ and the detailed info will be completed soon at http://www.portalfox.com/conferencias/espana2004/

BTW, In the VFP Conferences page at UT, there are only 5 conferences, not the 8 was official announced at Ken's newsletter, do you need more information?
