You may try to unplug the machine, put it into its cardboard box, and then unpack it all again. 8-D

Seriously, it seems that some installation got aborted in the middle. Take a look to see if you have some Setup files/folders on your root directory (most probably, they are hidden). If so, try to delete it and then make another reboot (or two, just in case).

Don't worry, once we get Longhorn, we won't need to reboot the PC anymore (don't smile, please).
