With me, it's the reverse...I was 'lead' on a team where I was the youngest...so the term 'senior' would have backfired!

By the way, where is Cartersville? I lived in Norcross in Gwinnett County for years, and moved away before the Olympics started. Some days I wish I had stayed down there!
