That's what I tough at first, but I tried the setup on 3 different PC and got the same result each time...

>Seriously, it seems that some installation got aborted in the middle. Take a look to see if you have some Setup files/folders on your root directory (most probably, they are hidden). If so, try to delete it and then make another reboot (or two, just in case).
