I'm at a loss to understand why you think the COM+ solution won't work. What you describe is exactly what it's good for. Why don't you just try it and use it to impersonate a User that has proper access rights to the data. it would probably take a total of 10 minutes or less to try. Your VFP mtdll is the item that is accessing the data, not the .wsdl file
Also, you may want to post this question in the Foxpro forum under Web Services...
