I suggest you tell your people that your program only supports Outlook. We have done that for years, with no protests whatsoever from our many clients.
Outlook Express is difficult, if not impossible, to control from VFP. Also Outlook Express is no longer available from Microsoft, AFAIK. The only similarity between Outlook and Express is partly what they do, and the name. Apart from that they are two entirely different programs.
