Thanks for the response John. The best I can tell, they have gone to a subscription/registration scheme. I can't tell so far that they're going to charge anything to access the service. Maybe in production, but that's not a problem. The examples they give accessing their service is in VB and I'm having a bit of trouble translating it.
I have written a web service in C# and am consuming it from a VFP8 client but that's the extent of my experience in this area. I've been thrown into this project head first. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I went ahead and subclassed IE and navigate to the page, populate it, click, then pull the data from the html page. It's a pain and much slower than a WS, but it works.
