A database was performing slow this morning so it was decided to start and stop SQL Server. Once it rebooted, things seemed to be fine except when we checked the SQL Server Logs, we realized it is now trying to recover the main database (Message: Recovery of database '' is 34% complete (approximately 11794 more seconds)

Because this is going on, we can't access the database (or any database on that SQL Server for that matter). Is there any way to speed this process up?
