As I mentioned before, we found that the line set TEMP=< ...> was in the AUTOEXEC.BAT. But it didn't work. We (the customer) changed TEMP to TMP so that line says "set TMP=<...> and it works now.
Just wanted to let you know in case someone else has similar problem.
