Easy enougn<s>. But, with the HTML file as it stands, you will need to do something similar to my suggestion.

With VFP8 you'll have XMLTOCURSOR(). But, even though the TBODY section of the HTML is a valid XML chunk, the column names aren't differenciated so you couldn't use it directly. If you can pursuade the .net people to provide the data in XML format (perhaps as a web service?) your job would be far easier.
