Respecting an opinion doesn't mean to be in agreement with it. You can still argue and try to make someone change opinion but in the end you can't force your opinion to other (unless your a dictator).
But some people think the only good opinion is theirs, in this case, stop arguing and move on. Thats what i do but this is just my opinion...
