Is there a command that will turn this
-> "C:\DOCUME~1\USERID\LOCALS~1\TEMP\"
into this
-> "C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\USERID\LOCAL SETTINGS\TEMP\"

I thought there was, but I can't find it now. TIA
