i'm writing a client/socket program (in VFP 8.0) using the winsock control. in my testing, it appears the default buffer size is about 8k. my question(s)...is 8k the default? if so, is there a way to programmatically increase this number, or is there a way to change the size via registry editor (specifics please if such is the case)?
