To run a PRG, you can use a command like VFP.exe del1.prg. I don't remember whether invoking del1.prg directly will work, but you can try it, of course.
You can also create an EXE for your PRG.
In the Task Scheduler, you can change the description of any task. Right-click on the task, and select "Change name" - this is just like renaming any file in Windows Explorer.
