A coworker, who is in charge of content for our local Intranet does a lot of work with XML and XSL. He is not happy with the editing tool he is using and asked me for a recommendation on a better tool.

As I do not work with XML from a content point of view (just generating data), I don't need an editor and VS.Net is enough for me. That won't work for him as it HTMLencodes stuff replacing embedded HTML tags like < p > with <p&rt. He needs to embedd HTML tags into data fields in the XML file.

Any recommendations?
