Yes, of course. The line in Windows Task Scheduler is just a shortcut, which you can rename. The program to be executed is listed in its "properties": he one you see if you double-click on the line.

Try it. I think it should work, if the extension PRG is correctly associated with Visual FoxPro. The same for a form. If you can open your form with double-click from Windows Explorer, it should also work in the Task Scheduler.
