As Sergey indicated:

Ver. 5.0 - COMCTL.TreeCtrl.1
Ver. 6.0 - MSComctlLib.TreeCtrl.2

are the treeview (as well as listview, progress bar,toolbar, imagelist, etc) COMs. (COMCtl and MSComctlLib)

They are selectable through Install Shield Express's (ISE) Object/Merge Modules service as Microsoft Windows Common Controls (5.0) and Microsoft Windows Common Controls (6.0).

You probably need to select those two libraries and the Microsoft Visual FoxPro 8 Runtime Libraries. Selecting the VFP Runtime will autoselect C++ 7 Runtime and a few others.

Are you be using ISE to build your installer?
