1) Click my name above. Then click 'Contributions'. You'd find the link there.

2) I've problems with my personal email system. ISP have a kind of filtering on port 25 and I'm not using their SMTP to send out emails. As a result I'm 'email send' disabled. If only too important I use web mailing.
In other words I prefer not to reply via email. Post it here and many would reply.
