Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to create controls that can scroll in and out of a form..
To be clear, I really want to create a feature somewhat like the Visual Studio IDE. The feature I am really interested in is the
way in which the Toolbox in the IDE can be pinned down or scroll out when the mouse moves over it.

Does anyone have any ideas..
