Could anyone help with a solution of this problem?

Windows 2000 Server, service pack 4
IIS, Net Framework 1.1 installed
VFPOLEDB.DLL (VFP 8.0) downloaded and registered manually -- regsvr32
rebooted and restarted
VFP itself is not installed on the server

It still keeps showing this message whether I access aspx pages directly on the server or from LAN computers.

Is it user permissions/security issue?
