Keep in mind that the syntax may vary for various Excel versions. Thus even a "good" book may not cover the ongoing changes. The common advice is to record a macro in Excel and then convert code from there to VFP.
Anyway the entire information you may find in the VBA for Excel Help included in every Excel version.
