Scratch that, I can create the object using registry.vcx but now it errors out at:

nErrNum = oReg.GetAppPath(m.cExtn,@cAppKey,@cAppName)

because I have not set cAppKey. What value gets assigned to that variable? I do not know what the appkey is...



I'm testing it. I have registry.prg in the same directory, but it errors on this line:

oReg = CREATEOBJECT("FileReg")

Where is the class definition for filereg? I do not have one in my registry.prg
