Hello,
I have a VB.Net app that performs a continous loop polling the SQL Server. When it finds a record with a certain value in the status field it will fax the document.

I do not want to continuously poll the SQL Server. Are there other way that I can alert my VB.Net app to new data in the database? Thanks!
