John, I don't the reason, but some instalers don't install properly MSMAPI32.OCX (the control that ships with VFP to access MAPI DLLs). Try to add this key to the registry in your client's computer:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses\DB4C0D00-400B-101B-A3C9-08002B2F49FB
with the data value: mgkgtgnnmnmninigthkgogggvmkhinjggnvm
It should work.
